General Booking Information
GJ International Ltd (“We, Our, Us”) are unable to reserve a place for any persons onto a Masterclass, training course or workshop (“Course”) until full payment has been received and the place has been confirmed to the delegate (“You, Your”) by us.

By booking onto a Course and/or paying for the Course, You are acknowledging that You have read, understand and accept the terms and conditions herein individually and in full.

Upon full payment, You will receive a booking confirmation. If You do not receive your booking confirmation please contact Us and We will confirm as appropriate. We reserve the right to decline any application for enrollment on any Course.

Payments and Cancellations
All course fees must be paid in full at the time of booking, and at least 7 days prior to the start of the course. We are unable to allow You to start or attend a Course if fees have not been paid in full.

You have the option to cancel Your attendance on the Course at any time.
You may substitute an alternative delegate from your company at no extra charge.

Cancellations must be received in writing, by email or regular mail. We will not accept cancellation by phone as a protection to You and Us.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before Course commencement will not incur cancellation charges.

If You cancel Your attendance on the Course within 30 days of the start date, You will be liable for 50 % of the full course fees including VAT.
If You cancel Your attendance on the Course within 14 days of the start date, You will be liable for 100 % of the full course fees including VAT.

We reserve the right to cancel, re-schedule or vary any Course or part of a Course due to insufficient numbers or any reasons beyond our control.

If We cancel the Course, we will refund any payments made by You.

In the event of re-scheduling and where You are unable to meet the new schedule, We will refund any money paid for the Course.

If We cancel or re-schedule a Course, We will not be held liable for loss of profit and/or any incidental, consequential, direct or indirect losses, transportation, accommodation, loss of earnings or any other associated costs.

Course content
Course details and outlines are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute an offer for a particular Course. We are constantly improving the content of our Courses and We reserve the right to modify the specification of a course and/or substitute the Curse facilitator, without notice to You where we believe the modification or substitution is beneficial to the Course content. Course titles, duration, cost, content and location are liable to change at any time.

Data Protection
We comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. Full information regarding how we use your data will be provided upon request.

Force Majeure
In the event of any circumstances beyond Our reasonable control including but not limited to strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, acts of God, reduction in or unavailability of power, break down of equipment etc., We are entitled to delay, cancel or reduce the delivery or content of the Course without recourse.

You are requested to abide by all Health and Safety policies that are in place. If You are disruptive or abusive to other delegates or to the facilitator, breach health and safety guidelines or endanger yourself or others, We reserve the right to ask You to leave the Course. In this event, for any of the above reasons, You will not be entitled to a refund.
We accept no responsibility or any liability for Your belongings during the Course. This includes any personal items which are brought onto the premises which are entirely at the owner’s risk.

The information contained in Our Courses, advertising, website(s) and literature is distributed on an “As Is” basis, without warranty. We take every possible precaution to ensure the accuracy of all information, Course content and associated services and literature, but assume no liability to any person or entity with respect to any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the information contained therein.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights remain the property of Gary Jennings and/or GJ International Ltd. Any copies made of course materials, booklets or training aids, or unauthorised distribution thereof, will be an infringement of copyright unless agreed in writing by the copyright holder in advance.
